  • 2025: Foundation Year – Laying the Groundwork

    EIN received, bylaws adopted, board established

    Rest of 2025 Goals:

    Recieve IRS Determination Letter

    Raise enough capital to purchase 40+ acres in Central Texas

    Build (or repair) modest but functional initial infrastructure:

    Fencing, shelter, water systems

    Animal enclosures and rotational grazing areas

    Obtain Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries accredidation

    Rescue and rehabilitate 20–30 animals

    Launch first local partnerships (veterans orgs, schools, co-ops)

  • 2026–2027: Establish Regenerative Systems

    Fully implement regenerative farming: composting, rotational grazing, cover crops

    Install solar water systems and rainwater harvesting

    Expand flock and herd capacity (chickens, ducks, goats, donkeys)

    Launch seasonal CSA-style food boxes from sanctuary gardens

    Begin measurable soil improvement and biodiversity tracking

  • 2028–2029: Education & Outreach Expansion

    Build onsite classroom/education space

    Launch a hands-on curriculum for:

    Homesteading skills

    Ethical animal husbandry

    Soil health and food resilience

    Establish trauma-informed programs for youth, veterans, and families

    Host local field trips, wellness retreats, and day programs.

  • 2030–2032: Infrastructure Growth

    Construct a small welcome center or barn-based visitor hub

    Hire core sanctuary staff (farm manager, outreach coordinator)

    Build out vet care area or partner with a mobile vet service

    Host seasonal events (harvest dinners, planting days, donor galas)

  • 2033 and Beyond: A Living Model for Change

    Become a teaching sanctuary for others to replicate the model:

    Partner with other landowners to create satellite programs

    Publish open-source guides for animal care, regenerative land use, and trauma-informed practices

    Apply for research collaborations in animal ethics, soil science, and rural public health

    Offer nonprofit incubation support for mission-aligned startups
